See your broker's and run your own.

Your broker's simulations

Your broker can share a simulation with you (financing plan, monthly payments…). You receive an email and it appears in My simulations: assumptions, results and amortisation schedule.

Run your own simulations

  1. In My simulations, choose: borrowing capacity, monthly payment and amortisation, or financing plan.
  2. Fields are pre-filled with your questionnaire answers and your broker's conditions. Change them freely, then click Calculate.
  3. Save my simulation keeps it in your space; your broker will be able to see it.

Simulations are indicative: final terms depend on each bank's assessment. Your broker is there to advise you.

Print or save as PDF

On each simulation, the Print / PDF button opens a version ready to print or save as PDF.
