Activate your account
Your broker invited you by email. Click the button in that email and choose your password: your space is ready. The invitation link is valid for 72 hours; if it has expired, ask your broker for a new one.
Didn't get the email? Check your spam folder, then confirm with your broker the address they have on file.
Log in
Two options, from the Log in page:
- with your email address and password;
- without a password: click Email me a login link, enter your address, then click the link you receive (valid for 15 minutes).
Your space
Your space brings together everything about your project:
- your broker's contact details;
- your questionnaire and its progress;
- your simulations;
- the documents to provide, with their status: To provide, Received, Approved or To redo.
The space works just as well on a phone as on a computer, in French or English (FR / EN links at the top of the page).
Progress of your file
At the top of your space, a timeline shows where your file stands: Mandate, Documents, Lender review, Loan offer, Signing, Funding. When you receive a loan offer, the date from which you can accept it is shown: the law gives you a 10-day cooling-off period.
The platform tour
The first time you log in, a short tour walks you through the main steps. Go through it with Next (or the arrow keys), or click Skip: once closed, it no longer opens on its own. You can take it again at any time from My account (click your first name) and at the top of this help page, with Take the tour again.
