Who processes your data?
The brokerage firm assisting you is the controller of your data: it uses it to study and present your loan application. The Portelle platform, published by Portelle (version de démonstration), hosts and processes it on the firm's behalf and instructions.
What data?
- Identity and contact details: name, email, phone, address, date and place of birth, nationality.
- Family and professional situation, income, expenses, current loans, savings.
- Supporting documents you upload, and financing simulations.
- Login data: dates, IP address and browser (security log).
Why?
- Building your file and finding financing: performance of the mandate you gave your broker.
- Complying with the legal obligations of credit intermediaries (anti-money laundering, record keeping).
- Securing the platform (authentication, login log): legitimate interest.
Who has access?
Your broker and, if needed, their firm's administrator. The banks your broker sends your file to, to assess your application. The platform's technical providers (hosting in France, email delivery), bound by confidentiality. To suggest addresses as you type, the text entered in an address field is sent, without your name or IP address, to the French public geocoding service run by IGN (Géoplateforme). Your data is neither sold nor used for advertising. If you borrow with someone else, your co-borrower sees neither your personal documents nor your personal answers.
How long?
- Supporting documents: deleted 1 year after the file is closed (funded or abandoned).
- Other file data: anonymised 5 years after closure.
- Security log: 1 year.
How is it protected?
Encrypted connection (HTTPS), two-factor authentication, documents encrypted on receipt, access limited to authorised people, every document view recorded, photo metadata (GPS location) removed, hosting in France.
Your rights
You can access, rectify and erase your data, restrict or object to its processing, and request its portability. From your space, the My data page lets you download your data and documents at any time. To exercise your other rights, contact your broker or write to tdyhaddad@gmail.com. Some data must however be kept to meet legal obligations.
You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

The platform only uses a session cookie, essential for logging in. No advertising or audience measurement cookies.
